Chef Steven D. McKinney is the Chef/Owner of Three Little Kitchens, a Houston-based company that specializes in what Chef McKinney calls, Texas Traditional Cuisines, which includes Southern Contemporary, New Age Soul, Nouveau Creole, and Fresh Surf and Turf. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Chef McKinney says that being an executive chef has always been his passion.
He is convinced that when you are passionate about and love what you do it is not work. He has travelled all over the world to hone his craft, and to meet many interesting people and food lovers alike. He gets the most enjoyment from the simple thank you after he’s served a formal dinner or catered an event.
